Your Private Mountain Escape

About this property

Welcome to Havenwood

Tucked into the wooded mountains near Harpers Ferry, Havenwood is a thoughtfully renovated retreat made for slow mornings, memorable evenings, and time together. Completely updated in 2025, the cabin combines the warmth and character of a classic mountain home with the comforts of a modern getaway. With four sleeping spaces, multiple gathering areas, a private hot tub, theater and game lounge, and expansive outdoor spaces, there’s room for everyone to settle in and enjoy the stay. Start your morning with coffee on the deck surrounded by the trees. Spend the afternoon hiking, exploring historic Harpers Ferry, or visiting nearby Virginia wineries and breweries. Back at the cabin, unwind in the six-person hot tub, gather around the Solo Stove under the stars, or settle into the theater lounge for a movie night. Inside, vaulted ceilings, warm wood details, and comfortable furnishings create an inviting place to gather. The fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar make mornings and shared meals easy, while the dining table seats up to eight. Downstairs, the entertainment lounge brings everyone together with a 75-inch Roku TV, shuffleboard, darts, board games, Nintendo Wii, dry bar, and comfortable seating. For a quieter evening, retreat to the whiskey and wine lounge or simply relax by the cabin. When it’s time to recharge, premium memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, blackout curtains, charging stations, fans, and sound machines help make every bedroom feel considered and comfortable. Outside, two levels of deck space, a propane grill, lawn games, Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, and the private hot tub turn the surrounding woods into an extension of the home. Havenwood sleeps up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, couples traveling together, and groups of friends looking for a private mountain escape within easy reach of Harpers Ferry.
